The Jury has Reached a Verdict

We found out this morning that Ryker will not be allowed in the hospital at all during Nikki's time here @ Presbyterian St. Luke's (PSL). A care team of about 8 people today entered our room and informed us that they have decided it is not in the best interest of Nikki to be possibly exposed to a bacteria that could be acquired in the hospital. On the BMT unit they have safety precautions and Hepa filters (high end filtering system) to protect Nikki from infections. Nikki needless to say had a very difficult day as did. Nikki, as most of you know, is very strong and is determined more than ever to get home ASAP in conjunction with what the Doctor's recommend. The strength of the Lord for Nikki needs to be omnipresent with her as her mental reinforcement (Ryker) has been withdrawn from her arsenal. Please everyone continue to do as you do and PRAY. The power of prayer for us is so important and we thank you in advance. Please pass this message onto whomever prays and has the ability to lift Nikki up. God Bless you and we are praying that tomorrow's first round of radiation goes without a hiccup (No pun intended).
