Climax

Well today was it. We have reached the climax. Nikki now has the new cells in her body from a little baby girl. Thank you everyone who prayed and fasted. Nikki today was asleep most of the day and because of that I do not really have a lot to report. She got her cells around 11:15am MST and then she was out. They gave her a great deal of medications to make sure that the cells would not react poorly. Nikki only weighs a buck and change so any medication that hits her main blood line knocks her out pretty quick. Later on in the day she awoke and we ate dinner together around 7pm and then she was somewhat alert. She is still a little tired so she should sleep well tonight. I know that all of the prayers and fasting that took place today was an awesome thing and we really appreciate it. Please now just pray for boring days. The way we look at it now is that she is done with the brutal regimen, and now we have only an upside to go for. We have all been at this since July 31 and now we can look forward to good things in the future. God Bless you all and thank the Lord Jesus for his unfailing comfort in a time like this.
